Organizational Assessment: Using organizational assessment tools, Bronner analyzes feedback on employee experiences, highlighting disparities and targeting areas for improvement.
Supplier Diversity: Bronner’s experience also includes the analysis and development of supplier diversity programs, enhancing the pool of internal and external stakeholders.
Succession Planning: Bronner develops strategies to ensure diverse and representative leadership that reflects organizational and community composition, such as learning and development paths, identification of barriers to opportunities, and improved communication about the value of DE&I.
